Job Description |
|
|
- Provide administrative support to the Climate& Energy Campaign Coordinator and generally assist with activities in the climate campaign including: meeting and teleconference logistics, mailings, email distribution, note taking, internal communications and other support as needed.
- Project coordination and assistance including: working with printers, translators, and designers across the climate and energy campaign.
- Give support with external events including: activities, actions, and media conferences.
- Undertake fact-finding and research both online and offline.
- Data-base and contacts research and management.

Qualifications:
- Efficiently and successfully managing projects or activities.
- Creating and managing contact databases and spreadsheets.
- Experience working well as part of a team, Organizing events is an asset.
- Working in a comparable administrative assistant or support position is an asset.
- Ability to be proactive and anticipate campaign and campaigner needs.
- Highly organized and able to work independently with modest direction.
