Job Description |
|
|
- The Programme Leader will have the opportunity to work with cross cutting teams within WWF India and with a diverse international team of multi-disciplinary experts
- He/she will be responsible for ensuring smooth working relationships with NGO partners, research and policy institutions and government agencies.
- Donor liaison, effective monitoring and reporting as well as representing WWF India at national and international fora will also be responsibilities of this position.
- This is a senior management position and will report to the Programme Director.
- The incumbent will manage a dedicated team of professionals as well as work closely with other senior managers within WWF India in the design and delivery of planned programmatic activities.

Qualificatins:
- Knowledge on national water policies, linkages with central and state water departments and experience in working on water sector projects is essential.
- Experience in policy analysis, policy dialogue and advocacy is desirable.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, the ability to manage a diverse team and strong commitment to WWF’s mission and values are also essential.
