Job Description |
|
|
- Systems (PC/Laptop) and network (networking LAN/WAN) administration of various location Offices of HelpAge India.
- Handling help desk requests for all Location Offices and providing the solution.
- Responsible for assessing IT requirements of the various offices of HelpAge India in terms of software, hardware and other peripherals and handle procurement of the same.
- Responsible for maintaining the IT Inventory and coordinating with Service Providers of Regional Offices.
- Responsible for providing IT training to the staff.

Qualifications:
- The ideal candidate should be a graduate with minimum one year diploma in hardware and networking and with at least 2 years work experience.
- Has knowledge of Desktop/Laptop Support, Troubleshooting – Windows 7/Windows Vista/Windows XP/win 98, Sound knowledge of Networking & OS support.
- Good Communication Skills, Customer Service Aptitude.
- Troubleshooting skills, Good Hardware knowledge w.r.t computers and peripherals.
