• Implementing the tasks & target assigned in the Livelihood Triad i.e Saving, Credit, Insurance, Agriculture and Business Development & Institutional Development.
  
• Communicating Field level information & opportunity to the Unit Head.
  
• Mentoring and Monitoring Field staff to get the following work done.
  
• Providing loans to the target customers and recovering them on time.
  
• Selling Insurance Product, Ensuring Agriculture and Business Development and Services to the Customers.

Qualifications:

• MBA/ MSW / BSc(Agri) /M.Sc(Agri) / B.VSc/ M.VSc.
  
• Experience - 0 to 02 Years.
  
• Experience Industry - Micro Finance / Banking / Financial Sector / Insurance / Agri input Marketing / NGO or Development Sector related to Micro Fin.
