Job Description |
|
|
- Assist program leadership and HQ in budget planning, tracking and management.
- Register IREX in tax inspection and other relevant authorities in Liberia as required.
- Ensure proper reporting to local fiscal authorities.
- Manage office payroll process and provide staff payroll information.
- Oversee office procurement systems.
- Compile monthly field expense reports.
- Review and process program invoices and other payments.

Qualifications & Experience:
- University degree in Finance / Accounting / Audit, Masters degree is a plus.
- Minimum 3 years of experience working as Finance Manager.
- Familiarly with NGO and Representative Office finance management.
- Good knowledge of MS Office.
- Must have strong intercultural and communications skills.
- Must be able to multi-task and maintain a calm, friendly demeanor under stressful situations.
