Job Description |
|
|
- Develop strong business relationships with division leadership team.
Analyze and interpret data and information, using it to develop strong recommendations to enable sound business decisions.
- Align division business needs and initiatives with broader HR function plans and programs; influence both division business agenda as well as broader national HR agenda.
- Interpret and provide guidance to employees and managers regarding HR policy and plans.
- Provide advice/counsel on employee relations issues.
- Partner with HR colleagues to develop and support North America initiatives and their administration/ delivery.
- Ensure compliance with applicable federal and/or state laws, regulations, and agency standards.
- Create a positive environment through open communications with employees and focusing on “people management” skills of the leadership team.

Qualifications & Experience :
- Bachelors degree in human resources management, industrial and labor relations, or related field.
- At least 12 years of professional experience in HR generalist functions (employee relations, compensation, benefits, training).
- Experience with automated systems/processes preferred.
- Ability to cultivate strong relationships with leadership team, and to operate in a matrixed environment.
- Knowledge of the professional services marketplace, specifically the people-related dimension of a consulting business.
