Job Description |
|
|
- Consulting with Directors and other staff in analyzing and proposing solutions to address organizational development, structure, and staffing issues.
- Overseeing improvements to the performance management process (including the management of performance appraisal process).
- Overseeing recruitment of foreign nationals, providing information on visas, housing and other relevant details.
- Overseeing all aspects of hiring, including paperwork, benefits enrollment and proper filing.
- Overseeing all aspects of termination, including all paperwork and the termination of benefits.
- Maintain working knowledge of legal issues in India and ensure MIA compliance.

Qualifications:
- Degree in relevant field or a minimum of 5 years experience in Human Resources.
- Ability to draw information from multiple sources, to evaluate different program approaches and quality, and to develop proposals and recommendations.
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English (Hindi a plus).
- Proficient computer skills, ability to work independently and with a team.
- Demonstrated high professional and ethical standards.
