 Job Description
 
  • Consulting with Directors and other staff in analyzing and proposing solutions to address organizational development, structure, and staffing issues.
  • Overseeing improvements to the performance management process (including the management of performance appraisal process).
  • Overseeing recruitment of foreign nationals, providing information on visas, housing and other relevant details.
  • Overseeing all aspects of hiring, including paperwork, benefits enrollment and proper filing.
  • Overseeing all aspects of termination, including all paperwork and the termination of benefits.
  • Maintain working knowledge of legal issues in India and ensure MIA compliance.
 Candidate Profile
 

Qualifications:

  • Degree in relevant field or a minimum of 5 years experience in Human Resources.
  • Ability to draw information from multiple sources, to evaluate different program approaches and quality, and to develop proposals and recommendations.
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English (Hindi a plus).
  • Proficient computer skills, ability to work independently and with a team.
  • Demonstrated high professional and ethical standards.
