• Responsible for managing and supporting Windows workstation Operating Systems/ LINUX Server of the Corporation.
  
• Redirect or escalate support requests to the appropriate member of the IT Support Team.
  
• Analyze system problems and recommend solutions.
  
• Installation and maintaining Microsoft Windows XP, 2000, Microsoft Windows 2003 and Linux Server.
  
• Maintain the existing PCs and Peripherals, by performing upgrades, new installations and carrying out routine procedures.
  
• Undertake such other work as may be assigned which is consistent with the nature of the job and its level of responsibility.

Qualifications:

• 3 - 6 years in selling web based services / Solutions / Products in the domestic market.
  
• Should have good Managerial Skills to handle a Team of IT Support Professionals.
  Must have knowledge of Win XP/2000, LINUX.
  
• Must have flexibility and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a dynamic and constantly changing environment.
  
• Should have experience in configured active directory on the server.
  
• Should be a graduate in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Computer Engineering or other equivalent experience.
• Should have at least 2+ years of Linux Administration experience.
