• Work with clients to define requirements and solutions in the field of Risk and Safety.
  
• Attend client meeting and preparation of proposal.
  
• Outreach strategies to gain support of clients in areas of interest.
  
• Providing technical expertise to Risk & Safety projects and technical mentoring to team members.
  
• Leading and motivating staff and developing their skills by supporting their work on projects.
  
• Help to develop junior consultants and grow a team of world class consultants.

Qualifications & Experience :

• Masters or Bachelor in Chemical Engineering or equivalent.
  
• 8 years working experience with current involved in  Risk or Safety Assessments, HaZOPs or  HAZIDs, SIL Assessments, Reliability and Availability studies, QRAs, formal Safety Assessments  and development of HSE Cases in the oil and gas, petrochemical, offshore and power sectors will be advantageous.
  
• Proven project management and implementation skills.
  
• Proactive and with strong organizational, interpersonal, communication and administrative skills.
  
• Strong leader with keen interest to help develop and mentor consultants.
