• In coordination with partners, ensure quarterly planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of all activities.
  
• Support partners in achieving and regularly reflecting upon targets/results set in each of the projects as approved by funding agencies
  
• Ensure that all project formalities are finalized with partners; agreements are signed and funds are released in a timely manner.
  
• Conduct routine monitoring visits to partner locations and observe project implementation.
  
• Provide support to partners to accomplish different tasks as per the M&E plan.

Qualifications & Experience :

• Masters or Bachelor Degree in agriculture, agricultural economics, forestry, agricultural engineering (specialized in agronomy/post harvest technology/ food technology/economics/ soil and water engineering).
  
• Minimum of two years of experience in providing support to livelihood programming – agriculture or non agriculture.
  
• Sound knowledge of farming system approaches and sustainable livelihood frameworks.
  
• Experience in designing and implementing participatory planning, monitoring and evaluation methods.
  
• Experience conducting gender analysis, Excellent writing and communication skills.
