• Works with the PTL and team members to facilitate the development and tracking of goals, objectives, detailed timelines and budgets for assigned project(s).
  
• Works with PTL to define roles and responsibilities of team and team members.
  
• Organizes and facilitates meetings, issues meeting agendas and minutes, tracks and reports project progress, and follows up on action items.
  
• Manages project documentation using existing processes and systems.
  
• Troubleshoots issues,helps develop plans, and identifies solutions with the project team.
  
• Monitors and evaluates the project to ensure timely achievement of targets, grants utilization and smooth implementation at field level.

Qualifications:

• Masters Degree in Social Sciences/ Health/ Project Management or equivalent required.
  
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in the health or development sector in project management.
  
• Minimum of 5 year experience working as a Project Manager.
  
• Knowledge and understanding of project management.
  
• Project Management coursework required.
  
• Proficiency in MS Project management software.
  
• Excellent analytical, oral and written communication skills.
