• Develop new project ideas and proposals.
  
• Prepare annual work plans for existing projects.
  
• Create staffing plans, Assist in development of new budget plans.
  
• Review contribution agreements and set up management processes to meet donor requirement.
  
• Design and implement performance monitoring mechanisms for field projects Direct
  
• Supervise Country Directors and Project Managers in the field.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree (or Bachelor’s with equivalent experience) in Business, International Development, Politics or other relevant field of social sciences.
  
• Minimum seven years experience in a related field with at least two years in a supervisory role.
  
• Experience in working with donors, including reporting and monitoring.
  
• Experience fundraising and/or creating project proposals an asset.
