Job Description |
|
|
- Research support in conducting policy research, advocacy and evaluation of youth health activities.
- Provide support in data collection (qualitative and quantitative) and help with analysis.
- Assist in systematic reviews of Tobacco control programs.
- Prepare drafts of quantitative and qualitative data questionnaire and guides.
- Help in preparing training manuals and conduct training of master trainer.
- Conduct process documentation of the entire project activities.
- Coordinate the arrangements of workshops, meetings, dissemination activities at Delhi and the two States.

Qualifications and competencies:
- A Masters in Public Health or other advanced degrees in Public Health/ M.D in community medicine / Social Sciences or other development related field.
- At least 3 or more years of practical grass root experience in program development, implementation and evaluation.
- Experience of working in Indian health system is highly desirable.
- Experience of working with Tobacco control programs would be an asset.
- Experience of working in health policy research/ health advocacy programs/ community mobilization interventions/ adolescent health issues.
- Experience in data collection (quantitative and qualitative) and use of data analysis software.
- Computer skills mandatory, Good presentation and communication skills.
