§  Institution, Program and Project Management and Evaluation: Design, formulation, implementation, management, monitoring and evaluation of R&D&I projects, programs and institutions in agriculture and natural resources.  Direct and applied research and development as well as extension. Capacity development and institutional innovation of agricultural organizations devoted to R&D&I and outreach. Long term experience in diverse type of evaluations.

§  Institutional Experience: Exposure to, and knowledge of international and national organizations related to research and education (CATIE), government administration (Department of Canelones, Uruguay), as well as cooperation and policy development (IICA); private sector (Eli Lilly & Co.); universities (ISU); social and humanitarian (CARE) as well as conservation (WWF) NGOs. Excellent knowledge of R&D&I national and international institutions in various continents. Experienced in research, training, education and capacity development.

§  Networking and Strategic Alliances: Extensive experience in development, management, coordination and evaluations of inter-programmatic and multi-disciplinary networks and partnerships (FONTAGRO, PROCISUR, CARE-WWF).
