Job Description

The Opportunity

We are looking for an International Programs (IP) Information and Reporting Manager to support the International Programs management information & reporting requirements.

You will be responsible for:

  • Leading management of future deployments and developments of management initiatives (eg. IATI reporting, CO Dashboard, KPI Review, KPI v2.0)
  • Providing principal stakeholders with appropriate, timely, attractive information detailing accurate key facts & analysis on full spectrum delivery
  • Ensuring IP MI meets its internal reporting requirements to high quality standard
  • Leading roll-out & training on information & reporting mechanisms within the unit's remit.

In order to be successful you will bring:

  • Substantial management experience in field operations, across the full spectrum of programming from humanitarian assistance to development, with an understanding also of institutional needs supportive of the global mission
  • Demonstrate a track record of delivering projects in a complex organisation
  • Understanding of project management methodology
  • Experience in solving complex issues through analysis, definition of a clear way forward and ensuring buy in
  • Excellent planning, management and coordination skills, with the ability to organise a substantial workload comprised of complex, diverse tasks and responsibilities
  • Significant analytical and reporting experience
  • Understanding of the complex interfaces between program management, M&E, Grants management, logistic, Finance and HR management and how these can be effectively supported by systems.
  • Experience of working within the NGO sector is essential.
