Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage the development and implementation of all marketing collateral and communication material for HKL Palladium Logistics
  • Develop, execute and maintain a marketing strategy that supports and enables the wider Palladium and HKL strategy
  • Manage the company?s Social Media presence; including LinkedIn and Facebook
  • Provide weekly blogs that support the internal and external communications of HKL across company changes, projects, and initiatives that promote our people, projects and positive impact
  • Produce key corporate communications documentation such as company newsletters, memorandums and reports
  • Assist in providing content, production and design advice for all marketing publications and collateral including, as required, developing new publications and other collateral opportunities to assist in achieving targets.
  • Support the Business Development Team in developing key messages for proposals that assist in providing the key selling points and differentiation within the proposal
  • Assist in copy writing of Business Development proposals to ensure clarity across the delivery, value for money. Innovation and positive impact
  • Proactively build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels, ensuring opportunities to promote the company?s achievements and initiatives are identified, developed and maximised
  • Develop communication strategies for engaging both internal and external stakeholders on matters of strategic importance
  • Develop, communicate and monitor compliance of policies, guidelines and procedures related to organisation wide marketing and communications

Requirements

  • Tertiary Qualifications in Marketing and Communications
  • Minimum 2 years? industryexperience in Marketing and Communications
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher)
  • Competent understanding of all aspects of marketing; branding, communication and integrated marketing
