Job Description

The Role

Promote outcome focused service delivery and good program management by supporting managers to ensure that the Monitoring and Evaluation plans for themes and country programs are in place. Support the dissemination of information and training and contribute to the development and delivery of Design, Monitoring, Evaluation and Reporting training and assist in the ongoing capacity development of staff.

About You

You have demonstrated experience in monitoring and evaluation within an International community programs environment and experience in the provision of technical advice relating to quality, effectiveness, accountability and improvement initiatives. You are comfortable applying program management methodologies measuring outcomes and impacts along with strong communication and relationship building skills.
