UNDP supports transformational change by providing technical assistance focusing on developing capacity within national and local authorities, providing solutions with strong monitoring and evaluation tools, and delivering programmes with maximum efficiency, transparency and accountability.

Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate in coordination, organizing meetings and workshops for effective collaboration with government partners and relevant external agencies.
  • Develop and implement monitoring activities, track progress, analyze data, and recommend improvements for efficient project delivery.
  • Develop M&E plan for the projects/programme under Resilient Recovery, Rehabilitation, and Reconstruction Framework (4RF).
  • Develop and maintain documentation, reports, and knowledge management systems for effective monitoring.
  • Facilitate coordination for stakeholder engagement and partnership building.
  • Provide administrative support for capacity building initiatives.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
  • Monitor the implementation status of key components of the Resilient Recovery, Rehabilitation, and Reconstruction Framework (4RF)/Flood Response Programme (FRP) Programme and provide updates to stakeholders.
  • Design and develop M&E dashboards using data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI.
  • Collect and clean data from various sources (e.g., databases, spreadsheets, surveys).
  • Conduct data analysis and create data visualizations (e.g., charts, graphs, maps).
  • Develop and maintain databases and data systems.
  • Create data reports and present findings to stakeholders.
  • Support M&E capacity building and training.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Social Science or any other relevant degree.
