The program managers will each have oversight of a project technical component — trade and investment, e-commerce, or science and technology — and liaise with relevant ASEAN sectoral bodies. Based in Jakarta, they will also travel within the region. We are looking for individuals who have a passion for making a difference in the lives of people around the world.

  • Minimum three years of demonstrated experience in planning and management of multiyear projects, including reporting both data and narrative results of progress
  • Demonstrated leadership, versatility, and integrity
  • Experience working directly or indirectly with the ASEAN Secretariat or other relevant ASEAN sectoral bodies, particularly regarding the establishment of the ASEAN Single Window

Program manager – e-commerce

  • Bachelor’s degree in economics, business, law, international development, or a related field
  • Minimum five years of experience in the digital economy or e-commerce
  • Minimum three years of demonstrated experience in planning and management of multiyear projects, including reporting both data and narrative results of project progress
  • Demonstrated leadership, versatility, and integrity
  • Experience working directly or indirectly with the ASEAN Secretariat or other relevant ASEAN sectoral bodies, particularly regarding efforts to strengthen e-commerce within the AEC, preferred

Program manager – science and technology
