Essential Qualifications:

• Graduate/ Post Graduate in Social Work/ Management/ Communication /Program Management with 5-7 years of relevant experience
• Demonstrated skills ( both written and  oral ) in English & Hindi
• Proficient with MS Office
• Experience of managing outreach teams and extension programs

Desirable Qualifications:

• Based in Patna or willing to work in Patna
• A team player and open to learning
• Should have experience of working in development/corporate sector in managing community outreach programs in lead role

Job Description:

Planning and Coordination:

• Designing the outreach program strategy with defined milestones for the organization in consultation with management team
• Efficient coordination with field teams to achieve the milestones
• Ensuring efficient implementation of quality program with field teams
• Working closely with other departments for scheduled mandated documentation and reporting
• Periodic review of team and the department performance

Monitoring & review:

• Ensuring the quality of monitoring along with data quality as per the Management Information System
• Ensuring the sharing of data and reports both internally and externally as mandated
• Training and development of the teams on MIS for synergy

Leadership role:

• Working closely with management and team for the organizational alignment with defined business strategy 
• Playing catalytic role in enhancing the program efficiency and output
