Scope of work:
The Services Manager will support the delivery of Integrity’s project portfolio across Integrity’s five services and three delivery geographies: Africa, Asia and MENA. The Services Manager will particularly focus on design and delivering a portfolio of evaluations, with a strong emphasis on qualitative methods and project and client management. In addition, the Services Manager may be required to support business and proposal development, and deliver on Services’ strategy, approaches and methodologies.
Terms of Reference:
A. Project Management and Delivery (80%)
B. Business and Proposal Development (10%)
Working with the Business Development team lead on teaming and consultant identification for evaluations.
Work to support our field programmes in MENA, Africa and Asia by assisting in the development and maintenance of team management, communications management and contributing to key BD dialogues and client management dialogues.
Explore upcoming opportunities not yet tendered through effective prepositioning with potential primes and other relationships.
