Specialist, Corporate Travel Engagement

WE is seeking a strong, detail-oriented specialist to act as Specialist, Corporate Travel Engagement to join the Corporate Trips team. The incumbent will report directly to the Director and Associate Director, acting as an ambassador for the organization. The individual will be responsible for assisting in engaging corporate travel, working closely with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure organizational priorities are achieved.

The position is based out of WE’s office in Toronto (233 Carlton Street).

Your Impacts:

Sales & Account Management (40%)
Manage leads from various sources (web, etc.)
Assist in the closing of sales in collaboration with your team
Manage existing corporate partnerships, including high-touch relationships with existing partners.
Prepare customized trip and travel experiences for clients, including customized itineraries, costing, and enhancements/add-ons
Present to external stakeholders
Attend and support third party events
Provide outstanding customer service throughout the engagement cycle, through being solutions focused
Build Power Point presentations for client meetings to support Associate Director
Build proposals to support internal departments that are pitching trips

Recording and Reporting (20%)
Track and report on pipeline via Salesforce
Maintain and update Salesforce daily
Record all steps of the engagement process – reporting progress weekly
Consistently using Salesforce to report measure goals, success and personal progress

Operations (40%)
Liaise closely with coordination team to pass on relevant client information
Consistent post-trip follow-up, such as confirming bookings, processing payments, obtaining required paperwork from participants
Answer client FAQs ongoing prior to trip departure
Collect referrals post-trip to assist with reengagement
Review all post-trip reports and debriefs

You are a self-starter who loves to provide exceptional customer service. You are results focused, and are looking to grow your skills in account management in a fast paced work environment, surrounded by passionate people.

What you bring:

Bachelor degree
1-3 years of account management and/or sales experience
Superb communication skills, both written and verbal
Demonstrated analytical skills
Strong understanding and practice of all functions within Microsoft Suite is a must
Previous use of a CRM system, Salesforce is preferred
Excellent customer service experience
Friendly, outgoing self-starter who is looking to go above and beyond for the client
