Indevjobs.org is looking for Business
Partners in different regions to scale up operations globally (Africa,
Asia, Europe, Middle East, North America, South America and Oceania). Any
organization registered as a legal entity with prior experience of working
in development sector shall be eligible for the franchise programme. The
Regional Partners shall be responsible for operation, business promotion
and brand equity management of Indevjobs.org in close cooperation with the
ICPL Management. The Regional Partners shall also be instrumental in
appointing the country-level franchisees for its region.
Benefits/ Income of Partners:
Job Posting: The Regional Partner is able
to post jobs. This includes paid as well as free jobs.
Recruiter Enrolment: Indevjobs.org
database already has rich profiles of job seekers. The Regional Partners
shall be authorized to enrol recruiters. This shall be a paid module.
Consultant Highlight: The consultant
corner is a place where job seekers/ consultants are able to put a snap
shot of their resume with photograph. This feature has received very
good response from professionals as well as employers.
Advertisement: The Regional Partner is
authorized to sell advertising space on the regional pages to
organizations/ individuals. These advertisements shall be linked to
development initiatives, products or services.
Google Adsense: Any job posted in the site
shall carry Google Adsense advertisement. The partner shall be able put
their adsense codes in the jobs uploaded by them. Any revenue generated
from this Ad shall directly go to the Regional Partner. ICPL shall not
ask for any share on the revenue generated during the contract period.
