Rajeev is a public management expert, with 29 years’ experience in institutional, organizational & HR capacity development and civil service reforms in India, Bangladesh, Ethiopia, Mozambique, Jordan, Timor Leste, Palestine, Iraq and Afghanistan. During the first 20 years of his career, Rajeev gained progressively responsible experience in organizational restructuring, institutional strengthening, human resources management, public administration reforms, change management and capacity development in line ministries and public agencies of Government of India. In the later 9 years of his career, Rajeev has worked as a key expert/ team leader in 9 international projects of the European Union, World Bank, USAID, UNDP, JICA and African Union. During this period, he has designed, contributed and led organizational assessment, institutional strengthening, human resources reforms, performance management, training needs analysis, and change management and gained considerable experience in design and implementation of human & institutional capacity development programmes in public entities of developing countries (Bangladesh, Ethiopia, Jordan, Timor Leste, Palestine, Iraq, Mozambique and Afghanistan).
Qualificationwise, Rajeev holds a Master Degree in Public Management from National University of Singapore & Harvard University; a Master degree in Business Admin.(HR); a Master Diploma in Information Technology; and, a Bachelor Degree in Legislative Laws.
