20+ years of working experience, 7 years of top management experience - 3 of which as a Country Manager.

I am results driven, self-motivated and resourceful research & management professional with a proven ability to develop and strengthen management teams in order to maximise profitability and efficiency. 

I have extensive experience in managing & coaching diverse teams, fulfilling different objectives, varying from business related ones, such as leadership & productivity to team building, staff care, burn out prevention and stress management amongst professionals. I am able to provide wise counsel to others; having ways of looking at the world that make sense to myself and others. I am aware of the motives/feelings of others and myself; knowing what to do to fit into different social situations; knowing what makes other people tick. I have learnt to treat all people the same according to notions of fairness and justice; not letting feelings bias decisions about others; giving everyone a fair chance. Last but not least, thinking things through and examining them from all sides; not jumping to conclusions; being able to change my mind considering new angles and weighing all evidence fairly, is also one of my top strengths. I have excellent communication skills and the ability to establish sustainable and profitable relationships with employees, customers, suppliers and stakeholders across each trade.

I have worked in the market research & data management fields since 1996, having acquired experience from numerous projects in different & versatile industry sectors. Since 2005 I specialized in the pharmaceutical market, having worked exclusively for the wider Healthcare sector. Last but not least, I have extensive experience in leading projects & teams in the NGO sector.
