The Teach for Kenya Fellowship is a 2 year full-time paid leadership development program that recruits Kenya’s most outstanding graduates and professionals from varied disciplines to teach in high-need communities. The Fellowship program equips Fellows with transferable leadership skills that help change the trajectory of their students by developing their academic knowledge, skills, and mindsets needed to shape a better future for themselves and their communities. Additionally, Fellows gain exposure to the realities of Kenya’s education system and develop into empowered leaders whose voices and actions inspire lasting change.
At Teach for Kenya (TFK), they believe that every Kenyan child has a right to quality education and an opportunity to unlock their full potential regardless of their socio-economic background.
