Eurochild and Terre des hommes (Tdh) launched Daphne-CHILD sub-granting and capacity building programme to help grassroot civil society organisations (CSOs) address violence against children.
Daphne-CHILD is financed by the European Union under the ‘Citizens, Equality, Rights and Values (CERV)’ programme.
Objective
The objective of this call is to provide financial support to grassroots CSOs working with child protection professionals or working directly with the most deprived children in the target countries to deliver participatory projects or activities on the prevention and protection of children from different forms of violence, as well as raising awareness activities on violence against children.
This sub-granting scheme is expected to improve the development of child-rights based responses and services, integrating children’s views and opinions, to address violence against children.
