State Poverty Eradication Mission, Kudumbashree, is the nodal agency for implementation of DDU-GKY project in the state of Kerala. Kerala SRLM is proposing to empanel agencies for ensuring placement of the trained candidates under DDU-GKY. As per DDU-GKY guidelines, placement is defined as "Continuous employment for minimum of 3 months (section 188.8.131.52, page 3O)'. As per EOI floated by Kudumbashree the minimum salary (CTC) for 3 months to six months course is Rs.10,OOO/-, for 9 months course it’s Rs.12,0004 and for 12 months course it's Rs.15,000/- for domestic placement and Rs 25,000 for foreign placements.
Placement claimed by the empaneled agencies will be verified through desk and physical verification process specified in the Standard Operating Procedure (Sop) viz desk and physical verification and as per the policies taken by Kudumbashree from time to time.
For desk verification agency shall submit;
Candidate details, offer letter, salary certificate and bank statements for three continuous months, proof for perquisites if any, statutory contribution etc.
For physical verification the candidates' placement status will be physically verified at the workplace by the empanelled agency, State Rural Livelihood Mission (SRLM i.e. Kudumbashree) and Central Technical Support Agency (CTSA) i.e. National institute of Rural Development (NIRD).
The detailed proposal (hard copy only) has to be sent to Executive Director, Kudumbashree, Thiruvananthapuram on or before 15th November, 2019. super scribing the envelop 'Proposal for Placement - DDUGKY'. The internal committee of Kudumbashree shall perform the screening based placement tie-ups with the industry and prior expertise in HR recruitment. The eligible proposal shall be submitted to state Level coordination committee (SLCC) for final approval.
