Fraternity Fellowship 2025
Type of work: Project and Program Management
Relevent Country: India
Last Date: 15-11-2025
The fellowship aims to strengthen the leadership and institutional capacity of individuals and community groups who are advancing constitutional values at the grassroots level;
support initiatives that foster dialogue, inclusion, and social harmony among marginalized and vulnerable communities; and provide a platform for fellows to innovate, learn, and collaborate with others working on similar issues across India.
Through perspective building on issues of social justice, financial support, mentoring, and peer-learning opportunities, the fellowship enables grassroots changemakers to deepen their engagement, broaden their impact, and sustain their work for social transformation.
Selected fellows will receive perspective and capacity-building workshops, one-on-one mentorship,
financial assistance of Rs15,000 per month for three years based on annual performance review, and opportunities for peer learning and networking with civil society leaders.
Fellows are expected to fully commit to the learning process, deliver social action projects aligned with constitutional values, maintain close relationships with mentors and the NFI team, and submit regular reports and documentation.
The Fraternity Fellowship invites individuals aged 25 to 45 who are actively engaged in grassroots community work but not employed full-time, to apply. Eligible applicants should be working on social issues such as gender, governance, Dalit, Adivasi, or minority rights, peacebuilding, or environmental justice.

The selection process will be rigorous, involving multiple stages such as screening, shortlisting, telephonic and in-person interviews,
