Institute of Liver and Biliary Sciences at, D-1, Vasant Kunj, New Delhi – 110070 is a tertiary care super specialty hospital, having patient care services in the form of Out-Patient Departments, Emergency Services, Indoor and Daycare Services, Operation Theatres, ,various Diagnostic & Laboratory Services and research. ILBS is a deemed university under the UGC Act and it aspires to become a unique model for an academic career both for the national and international students and the faculty. At present the Hospital is having capacity of admission for more than 300 patients. However, the same is likely to be increased to 549 patients gradually. The next phase of hospital with additional beds is likely to be made operational shortly.
On behalf of the Director, ILBS, E-Tenders are invited from established, reputed and experienced Bidders for implementation and maintenance of IT Application(s) for process automation in Institute of Liver and Biliary Sciences, D-1, Vasant Kunj, New Delhi–110070 strictly subjected to the Terms and Conditions of the Contract notified in the tender document available on the ILBS website www.ilbs.in and https://govtprocurement.delhi.gov.in. The non-registered Bidders can register themselves by using the option available on tender site https://govtprocurement.delhi.gov.in.
The Bidders must read the terms and conditions and accept the same to proceed further to submit the bids.
After downloading/getting the tender document and schedules, the Bidders should go through them carefully and then submit the documents; or else, the bid is liable to be rejected.
The Bidder must unconditionally accept all terms and conditions stipulated in the original/downloaded tender document and submit/upload the entire signed and stamped document.
The Bidder has to submit the tender document online well in advance before the prescribed time to avoid any delay or problem during the submission process.
All documents submitted should be self-attested with seal of the Bidder.
In case, the date of opening of tenders is declared a holiday for unexpected reasons, the tenders shall be opened same time on the next working day.
All pages of the bid including all enclosures should be numbered (except printed leaflets/catalogue) and must be duly filled in, signed and stamped by the Bidder or his authorized representative. Offers received without signature and seal on all pages are liable to be rejected.
