The U.S. Department of State, Bureau of Democracy, Human Rights, and Labor (DRL) announces an open competition for organizations interested in submitting applications for projects that empower civil society to advocate for respect for human rights for all and ensure accountability for hate-based crimes in Moldova.
DRL’s goal is for civil society to advocate for respect for human rights for all and demand accountability from the Government of Moldova and other public authorities for hate-based crimes, continuing to build upon the momentum gained from recent improvements in legislation and ratification of the Istanbul Convention.
