SCOPE OF TENDER : The proposed digital solution is a replicable digital information system designed for deployment in low-resource environments, including regions with limited broadband connectivity. It will adopt an Offline-First architecture, ensuring the application functions seamlessly without internet access and synchronizes data once connectivity is restored.
