State Competitive Scholarship Examination for Class V and VIII, Manipur 2023 is an opportunity offered by the Government of Manipur and implemented by the Department of Education, Manipur for Class 5 and 8 students of Manipur. The selected candidates will receive a scholarship as per the guidelines and terms & conditions of the scholarship approved by the examination committee from time to time.
Eligibility
To be eligible, an applicant must:
Have passed Class 5 and 8 from government/government-aided/recognised school under the Department of Education (Schools) of the state
Have fulfilled the below academic criteria in aggregate in their annual promotion examination in the previous year:
General: Less than 60% marks
OBC: Less than 55% marks
SC/ST: Less than 50% marks
How to Apply
Eligible candidates can apply for the scholarship through the following steps:
Navigate to 'Applicant Corner' and click on the 'New Registration' tab.
Read the details carefully, tick the checkbox and click on the 'Continue' button.
Select the respective Aadhaar option, enter mobile number, captcha code, OTP, and then submit.
Fill in the required details and click on 'Save & Register' to complete the registration process.
Now click on the 'Fresh Application' tab and log in using the application ID and password.
Fill in the required details, upload the necessary documents and submit the application.
Note: All the applicants are advised to fill the form correctly, no changes can be made once submitted. The applicants are also advised to fill in only one application as multiple applications will cancel the form.
