Job Description

This position serves the organization through the Finance department by performing a variety of general accounting tasks to include reconciliations, state registrations and coordinating liability insurance


  • Manage the Travel Website and act as Primary contact for Travel company, reconciling activity and charges on Corporate American Express card
  • Manage State Registrations for solicitation
  • Coordinate annual liability, property and casualty insurance renewal process.
  • Track receipts for Visa Card holders.
  • Reconcile Balance Sheet Accounts and Manage Fund Balances
  • Maintain and update the FHUS Finance page of the intranet FH Connect and other duties.
