Job Description

The Accountant II position is an addition to FH Association International Finance Team, and will perform a variety of complex mid-level accounting tasks in the department. Tasks include expense review and analysis, tracking and reconciling inter-company accounts, and making appropriate journals that interface with field offices business units. This position will track income pledges fulfillment between National Offices and Field Offices, compile necessary reports to follow up with various National Offices, prepare inter-company journals to be posted into the financial accounting software, perform account allocations for inter-company account, account payables and receivables as required.

Responsibilities

  • Key Result #1 – Expense reports (20%).
  • Key Result #2 – Intercompany (Interco) Transactions processing (40%).
  • Key Result #3 – Reconciliation of Intercompany accounts (25%).
  • Key Result #4 – Accounts Payable (AP) / Accounts Receivable (AR) Invoices (10%).
  • Key Result #5 – Support functions and process improvements between FO and GSC (5%).
