Closing Date for Applications:
- Upkeep of books of accounts (bills, procurement, maintenance, rent etc)
- Upkeeping of accounts files all letters/ documents/ goods Inward / outward management.
- Timely entry in Tally and filing of vouchers on time.
- Follow-up with team/vendors for proper submission of bills/expenses on time.
- Assist Finance head in preparing for audit.
- Maintaining legal database files.
- Any other task mutually agreed upon.
- Collecting 3 quotations from Project Managers/Vendors
- Making comparison sheet
- Issue work/purchase order
- Follow-up with team/vendor for acceptance on the same.
- Follow up for timely payments
- Verifying bills/quotations
- Upkeeping Purchase file and other documents
- Graduate/Post Graduate in Bcom/Mcom/MBA in Finance
- Min. 2-3 year of relevant experience.
- Well versed knowledge of Computer applications
- Well versed and working knowledge of Tally is must
- Learning attitude
- Willing to travel
- Can speak hindi & English.
