The Global Green Growth Institute internship program (also called "Grow Green" Program) provides a unique learning opportunity for students and recent graduates from diverse academic backgrounds. The program is designed for talented and motivated individuals skilled in areas relevant to GGGI’s operations. The program allows selected candidates to gain insight into the work of the Institute and provides assistance and training in various professional fields in a multicultural environment. We encourage qualified women and men, in particular, nationals of developing countries, with diverse professional, academic, and cultural backgrounds to apply. 

We are looking for a talented administration intern to work with us in the GGGI Cambodia Office to support the implementation of the GGGI Cambodia’s programs. Within the framework of GGGI’s policies, strategies, and guideline, S/he will assist GGGI Cambodia’s programs/team/government counterparts and outreach work. This is an excellent opportunity to learn about the operational workings, logistic and administration of an international organization.

Duties And Responsibilities

The assignment will include the followings but not limited to:

  • Support team members in the implementation of GGGI Cambodia’s programs. 
  • Assist on events / protocol preparation and travel arrangement for all GGGI Cambodia projects
  • Facilitate meeting arrangement with stakeholders
  • Assist the management of office supplies and assets and other administrative management
  • Liaise with local suppliers/contractors
  • Process visa or visa extension for International staffs
  • Update contact data base
  • Support on green office/event
  • Provide other related logistic/administration supports to the team members

Learning From The Internship Program And Project Work 

  • Gain working knowledge of preparing national / sub-national workshop or conference preparation by engaging closely with GGGI team and government counterparts
  • It is a great opportunity to gain experience on protocol knowledge
  • Understand of the process/polies/rules of the Inter-Government Organization
  • Learn about GGGI projects in Cambodia and other countries
  • Learn about GGGI green office / event
  • Build strong communication outreach work


 Applicants to the GGGI internship program must at the time of application meet the following requirements:

  • Be enrolled in a Bachelor’s (final year), Master’s or PhD program prior to internship assignment, or a recent graduate within the last 12 months.
  • Be engaged or recently engaged in academic study in a field directly related to the Institute’s work
  • Possess an excellent command of English.


  • Educational background in the field of business administration/finance/accounting or related field
  • Full computer literacy including MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Publisher, Adobe Acrobat)
  • Excellent Khmer and English required
