The Administrative Assistant assists the Chief Development Officer (CDO) and the departments they oversee, in their responsibilities by organizing meetings, compiling reports, managing calendars & budgets, coordinating travel, making decisions on behalf of the CDO when necessary and assisting with other duties / projects as assigned.
