Job Description

The Administrative Assistant assists the Chief Development Officer (CDO) and the departments they oversee, in their responsibilities by organizing meetings, compiling reports, managing calendars & budgets, coordinating travel, making decisions on behalf of the CDO when necessary and assisting with other duties / projects as assigned.


  • Responsible for administrative duties for the Chief Development Officer (approximately 50% of time).
  • Facilitate the implementation of organizational strategy with Executive Leadership Team and Global Leadership Team alongside the CDO (approximately 30% of time).
  • Assist in activities and decision-making within department (approximately 20% of time).
