Job Description

his busy and varied role provides general administrative support to the team and specific support to department head and management team.. This role contributes significantly to the smooth running of the team and its interactions externally with more than 50 donors and 17 Oxfam affiliates and internally with 6 regional centres, and 50 country offices. 

The ideal candidate will be able to interpret demands and re-order priorities accordingly, as well as retaining and processing transient information. They will support the development of improvements to the team’s services, procedures and systems, drawing on a variety of information sources to inform individual and group decisions
