Project Overview and Role

The primary purpose of this role is to perform day to day finance and administrative tasks supporting the wider Financial Management Team.


  • The primary responsibilities of the Analyst, Financial Management, will be:
  • Monitoring and updating project invoices in the accounting system
  • Updating project employees list, and allowing them to book time against specific projects
  • Assisting with month-end project financial reporting
  • Assisting with monthly reconciliation of billing and revenue across the EMEA region
  • Analysing project financial records and highlighting discrepancies
  • Assisting in the preparation of monthly project financial review
  • Assisting Financial Management Team with ad hoc assignments
  • Attending at all weekly team meetings
  • Provide prompt and accurate responses to support requests



  • Comfortable with numerical reports
  • Highly computer literate
  • Willing to learn new software programmes
  • Ability to follow instructions
  • Ability to build collaborative working relationships with staff across multiple disciplines
  • High standard of written and verbal communication skills.


  • Highly skilled at using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Previous experience in financial reporting.
