Job Description

The Asia Regional HR & Administration Officer serves as the main point of contact for human resource support in the region, and also provides administrative and HR support for the Asia Regional Office (ARO). Within the guiding principles of “The Heartbeat”, the primary result is to progress towards achieving FH’s Global Strategy and its targets within the region.

This position will reside in the Asia region, preference is Malaysia; an expat benefit package is not available for this position.


  • Support and develop the HR teams in the region (55%).
  • Provide administration support for the Regional Office and the fields (20%).
  • Provide HR support for the Regional Office (20%).
  • Supervise and coordinate direct and indirect reports (5%).
