OBJECT OF THE CONTRACT:
The purpose of the position of Assistant General is supporting daily service support of the NRC office in Cúcuta in the areas of Logistics, Accounting, Human Resources and Finanzas.Duties and Responsibilities
Cash fund management: delivery of advances and receipt and review of legalizations; minor cash expenses.
Receipt of utility bills.
Preparation of lodging reservations to visitors to Cúcuta and Tibú, taxi services.
Receipt of lodging bills.
Procedure for approval of TKT (sent to managers mail for approval of staff requests, and subsequent approval in the tool once the approval response is received).
Management of leases of the 5 offices.
Adaptations of the office of Cucuta.
Person in charge of access to the office of Cúcuta.
Preparation of agreements with partners where office is shared.
Support in the development of agreements with Counterparts with the responsible Programmatic.
Development of support agreements with educational institutions etc.
Responsible for preparing PR for the request of Computer Equipment, workstation, cell phone, visibility for new income in coordination with HR and logistics.
Preparation of PCM minutes (Start of projects and follow-up).
Monitoring of Cúcuta support service activities with guidelines from Human Resources Team Leader or Support Manager.
Office preparation for donor visits, Bogotá visits, organizations etc. (boardroom, breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks).
Availability of meeting room availability.
The other tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor in fulfilling the objectives of the position.
