The Change Management team leads, coordinates and advocates for the UNAIDS change agenda in order to deliver its commitments to the Global AIDS Strategy. This includes organizational and cultural change. It provides a platform, tools and communications to engage and support staff through the change process. The Change Management team also monitors and communicates the change results in line with UNAIDS goals of a safe and empowering environment, and response in the region focused on key populations and locations most at risk.
Main tasks and Responsibilities of the Position:

General administrative support:
Support to substantive programme and operational development and implementation:
Financial transaction and monitoring support:
Essential: Proficiency in English.
Desirable: Knowledge of additional UN official languages.
