As an Associate Corporate Services Officer, you will provide operational and technical support in the implementation of CSD policies and guidelines in the field, track accomplishments of project pipelines, and ensure compliance with governance and internal controls.

You will support the decentralization exercise and help establish business continuity and crisis management activities in the field. You will also monitor the requests for CSD's global corporate services and the implementation of other corporate institutional activities.

  • Support the Principal Corporate Services Specialist in developing corporate services policies for field operations. Research best practices, contribute to the development of knowledge products, and oversee the implementation of new or revised service guidelines, additional products and services, audits, and programs.
  • Prepare and manage the pipeline for all CSD facilities projects in the field, ensuring adherence to governance policies and effectiveness of internal control processes.
  • Support ADB's organizational resilience projects, including business continuity, crisis management, and other global institutional service activities implemented in the field, including coordination of related procurement activities.
  • Help achieve targets by tracking progress and compiling reports on accomplishments and CSD's project pipeline. Monitor project status and support corporate-level management meetings.
  • Provide corporate knowledge and insights by preparing briefing notes, annual reports, and presentation materials for meetings, workshops, and conferences. Ensure project documents and knowledge products are reviewed and verified.
  • Manage databases, dashboards, and internal sites related to CSD service areas applicable in field offices. Ensure daily business operations comply with local, state, and federal laws.
  • Coordinate with CSOD on budget and resource concerns and requirements. Prepare annual budget, revisions, and other budget-related documentation.
  • Collaborate with the Field Office Support Team and other departments to support decentralization efforts and enhance service delivery.
  • Conduct capacity-building activities focused on governance, portfolio management, and procurement, ensuring staff are well-equipped to handle their responsibilities.
  • Perform any other duties as may be assigned and reflected in your work plan.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, management or related field, preferably with advanced training.
  • At least 5 years' relevant professional experience.
  • Experience working in an international organization or multinational corporation.
  • Familiarity with operational and administrative procedures and database management.
  • Experience in project management/coordination, process documentation, and process analysis is advantageous.
  • Working knowledge of international IT systems and computer-based applications, including Microsoft applications, Outlook, SharePoint, and data management software.
  • Demonstrated good coordination and can collaborate with all types of internal and external clients from different cultural/national backgrounds.
  • Liaise and work with staff within their own work location and across departments and able to work with teams as constructive team member.
  • Excellent command of written and verbal communication skills in English and local Thai language.
