Associate Partners lead client relationships on issues of strategy and management related to development. In doing so, Associate Partners are responsible for providing strategic direction to consultant teams on projects, ensuring quality control of project delivery and for the overall successful completion and delivery of the project. They will be expected to serve as stewards and mentors in the firm and will work closely with consultants to manage their professional development. Associate Partners will play a key role in generating new business, knowledge development, and thought leadership opportunities and will be expected to take a leadership role in building and managing the firm.
