Position Overview:
Indev is seeking a Business Management Professional to lead partner engagement and pre-sales initiatives. The role involves close collaboration with international and national partners, supporting business growth through the preparation of proposals and strategic engagement with the partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with partners and clients to understand business needs and translate them into actionable strategies.
Prepare and develop high-quality technical and financial proposals for RFPs, RFQs, and Expressions of Interest (EoIs).
Coordinate with international partners and internal teams to design effective ICT-based project solutions.
Support pre-sales activities, including market research, proposal documentation, and presentations.
Contribute to business growth strategies and institutional partnerships.
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related discipline.
Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, client engagement, or proposal development within the development or ICT sector.
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
Strong analytical, documentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and international partners.
