Partnerships for Affordable Healthcare Access and Longevity (PAHAL) project is USAID/India supported innovative financing platform managed by IPE Global Limited. As part of PAHAL, IPE Global is providing technical support to the SAMRIDH Initiative.

Sustainable Access to Markets and Resources for Innovative Delivery of Healthcare (SAMRIDH) is an initiative supported by National Health Authority and USAID to strengthen the network of public and private hospitals, under the Prime Minister’s national health assurance program - Ayushman Bharat PM-JAY; and to channelize the NHA’s Market Access Programme (MAP) and other similar initiatives to quickly respond to the COVID-19 pandemic and other emerging healthcare challenges in India.

As part of the TSU, you will work closely with the Project Director, share responsibilities and ensure smooth functioning of the project. The areas where you will support Project Director will include:

  • Data analytics and Interpretation, online research (Data Intelligence – Optional)
  • Healthcare sector knowledge and experience (optional)
  • Proficiency in all MS Office related tools
  • Outreaching and extrovert personality
  • Attention to detail, scheduling, administrative diligence, good co-ordination capability
  • Basic knowledge of business and development/impact finance

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Good command over English -  verbal and written communication skills
  • Minimum of 2-4 years of experience
  • A team player who is a fast learner, flexible and able to adapt to changing priorities, and able to work under pressure
  • Excellent listening skills, patience, and engaging manner
