The Role

As a business support personal assistant to deputy finance directors, you will provide comprehensive personal assistance (PA) support to the two Deputy Finance Directors. You will also manage high priority admin activities across the Finance functions & provide business support to all finance managers.

What we are looking for

As a business support personal assistant to deputy finance directors, you will have ability to set and work to high personal standards, working accurately with attention to detail with excellent prioritisation skills and ability to multi-task to tight deadlines.

You will have proven capacity to manage conflicting demands in a responsible and flexible manner as well as good team player and builder. You will be adaptable and able to work well with staff and volunteers at all levels from across the organisation.
