As a member of the core team developing the FH Leadership and Talent Development System as part of the corporate strategic plan this position is responsible for developing, implementing and monitoring effective individual and team improvement, assessment, coaching and feedback processes, mechanisms and rhythms. Individual and collective learning and improvement is enhanced when people and groups/teams know their strengths and weaknesses and intentionally work to bridge the gaps and overcome or mitigate weaknesses, while building on strengths in the journey of becoming fully what God intended them to be. The focus of this role is to support both individuals and groups/teams as they contribute to organizational performance and effectiveness in accomplishing the FH purpose.
