Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Communication Associate to join our team in various projects. As a Communication associate you will play a crucial role in supporting our team to developing different forms of contents, conducting research and effectively communicate with our stakeholders to strengthen partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proposal Writing:  Collaborate with team to draft compelling proposals for various projects and conduct research and gather relevant information.
  • Content Creation:  Collaborate with the Communications team to create engaging content for various platforms including social media and website.
  • Partner Relations:  Support in coordinating meetings, follow-ups, drafting reports and collaboration efforts to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Administrative Tasks:  Support in administrative tasks such as organizing files, scheduling meetings, and managing calendars for Request for Proposals (RFP).
  • Creative Input:  Contribute innovative ideas and suggestions for improving communication strategies, outreach, and expansion.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong research and analytical skills to gather and synthesize information effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite like Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Proactive attitude with a willingness to take initiative and contribute creative ideas to projects.
